Kentucky State Fair - Oaks' singer Joe Bonsall Jams with Grascals'

Nashville, TN (August 23, 2010 ) - Last night at The Kentucky State
Fair Oak Ridge Boys' Joe Bonsall was invited to pick a little banjo on
stage with super bluegrass band The Grascals. (www.grascals.com)
"We jammed and woodshedded in a trailer for about an hour and decided
that "Foggy Mountain Breakdown" would be the song I would pick with
them," explains Joe "Ban-Joey" Bonsall."Kristen is a real hero of mine.
I was so humbled that she took the time to show me a couple of licks
and shared some ideas with me and even added her signature to my Banjo
head."

About The Grascals
The group is among the most beloved and acclaimed on today's bluegrass
scene, having won SPBGMA's Bluegrass Band of the Year award in 2010,
the International Bluegrass Music Association's Emerging Artist of the
Year award in 2005 and earning its Entertainer of the Year honor in
both 2006 and 2007. Two of their previous CDs, THE GRASCALS (2005) and
LONG LIST OF HEARTACHES (2006) earned Grammy® nominations for Best
Bluegrass Album. The Grascals are currently touring in support of their
