Eisley's New Marvelous Thing!
.
Along time ago, in a galaxy far far
away, an ancient evil of enormous means set out to control the
universe. Five young adventurers set out to fight this ancient
evil and set music free for all to hear. Apparently George Lucas is not
making enough money by ripping people off with StarWars T.M. crap, and
felt that it would be damaging to him financially to let this
wonderful band pay homage to his piece of crap waste of celluloid
flight of fancy. A wonderfully talented group of teenagers from the DFW
area set out to make
beautifully unapologetic music from the heart. But because of this
bitter old geek they had to change their name from Moseisley to Eisley!
What a petty bastard. These songs are catchy and unique in a sea of
cookie cutter angst. Anyone familiar with Kate Bush's early work
(I.E. "Kick inside", "Lionheart") will dig this! There are some real
"Sgt Pepper" moments in this offering as well. "Over the
Mountains"
is an airy 3/4 treatise on self discovery. Plus
it would make a great "James Bond" movie theme
song. "Laughing City" is so good it's just plain scary! Hold on to
the ones you love! Just brilliant. Over all I wasn't
prepared for the Telescope Eyes that I needed to see the Tree Tops Over
the Mountains in the Laughing City. Go immediately and buy this
CD. Don't give Lucas any more money. Dude. George this is

I am a five foot tall Laotian immigrant telling you that you have
enough money now. Really. Let these kids honor you piece of junk movie
that I could have written on a napkin at lunch. Thank you
for your consideration in this matter. Now I'm going to go
back to cutting Mr. Darin's lawn.
