Eleven Stories
Bruce Robison


           Bruce Robison is a country Jewel.  That's what came to mind from song one of Eleven Stories.  Yes, that is a play on words.  He has that same heartfelt, boy next door sound that so many have come to love about Jewel.  That's hard to find in the country scene with so many new and old artists cranking out industry standards.  It all sounds the same anymore.  Austin, TX based singer/songwriter, Bruce Robison is a diamond in the rough.  You've heard of him.  You just don't know you have.  Robison's been featured on over 20 million records by top country artists including Tim McGraw ("Angry All the Time") and the Dixie Chicks ("Travelin' Soldier").  Eleven Stories is eleven of Robison's songs in the raw, and yet I'd love to hear them on the radio.  Robison jokingly says about "All Over But the Cryin'", "I think this one could be a hit.  Don't you?"  I give that a hell yeah!  Eleven Stories well worth owning if you too are sick of the country industry sound.  I loved it!
